    Let’s start with how happy I was to find this place!!! (6/10) Our waitress was very nice and helpful! The vibe was amazing! who doesn’t love listening to R&B? Our waitress was real from the start, she let us know what they were out of, and that it would take longer because everything is made for order. The only thing I can say didn’t make my taste buds scream, was the seasoned rice, but I added that boil sauce in and made it work! I still can’t take any stars away because if I return to AC, I’ll be returning here!!!

    HOW IS THIS PLACE NOT PACKED TO THE DOOR!?!?! Maybe it was because it was a random Tuesday in early April. By far the best soul food I’ve had in a very long time. Everything was cooked fresh and seasoned to perfection! No complaints whatsoever, the staff was great with their hospitality, even met the gentleman who prepared our food…the R&B music was on point (had me ready to do some karaoke), this place is a whole vibe for sure GET HERE! Disclaimer: If you dine-in expect to be served with “To-Go” plastic containers, which is highly preferred by me anyway because I felt reassured everything is safe.

    This was the best experience in Atlantic City! My family and I took a quick trip from VA to NJ. We were having a hard time finding good food to eat. The casino food was overpriced and not all that good. We stumbled upon this restaurant. Upon walking in a customer said to try the wings. We were a party of 7. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. We were immediately told what was sold out. No biggie…the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, restrooms and dining areas clean. The waitress’s were very nice and even gave my boyfriend a free slice of red velvet cake to celebrate his birthday. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for our food. That’s not long when your food is prepared when ordered. My family didn’t have one complaint about the food. I wish I would have taken pictures of all the food but I was too busy eating. The chef himself even came out and talked to us. This dining experience was the highlight of our trip! We went home broke, but had good food! Definitely going back on the next trip. Oh yeah make sure you try the whole fried wings and the mango habanero wings. I pray this establishment receives an abundance of business and remains successful!

    The food was excellent !!! Definitely coming back! Music definitely on point! 90’s R&B vibez Server was very hospitable, she continued to check on us to make sure we were satisfied and if we needed anything. This pic doesn’t do justice I ate half my platter lol ! That damn good!!

    YUM! What a treat! Staff was the PERFECT combination of professional and personable. When we arrived, they apologized for the appearance of the ceiling due to a busted pipe. And when we were seated, they let us know about a couple of random items they were out of. It was nothing we had planned on ordering but I really appreciated them letting us know before we even looked at the menu. 99% of the time, you'll order at a restaurant and they come back 5 minutes later and THEN tell you. Sorry, but, you cant get that service and foresight even at a fine dining restaurant. Trust me, I ordered from one the night before. After ordering, they informed us there would be a bit of a wait, due to the food being prepared when ordered. Great! Im happy to wait for good food. We had littles with us so we knew to go ahead and take them for a walk while we waited. When we got back, we got our ice cold drinks and waited a couple of minutes to be treated with some PERFECTLY cooked seafood. I should have taken a picture of the solid pieces of crab meat that slid out of those shells. Gorgeous. Delicious. Just needed a little salt. There was good music and even though there was construction going on, the atmosphere was extremely pleasant due to the talented waitstaff. Excellent place for couples or families. Intimate and cozy with an upbeat vibe and really beautifully cooked seafood. Last night in Atlantic city and I wish we would've skipped the fancy steakhouses and just eaten here instead haha!

    Service was superb!! Ordered takeout and loved that the host didn’t hover around us while we decided what we wanted to order. Food was freshly made to order! Cornbread melts in your mouth !! Mac and cheese is seasoned to perfection and perfectly creamy!! Broccoli and cheese was delicious and tender! Greens and peas and carrots were also great! I do wish the wings and shrimp platter had colossal shrimp and at least 6 shrimp instead of 4 (seasoned perfectly!!), wish there was more rice as a bed for the flounder platter (also seasoned and fried perfectly!!), and I wish the wings came with more seasoning other than salt and pepper. Other than that I’d love to try this place again and dine in!

    Customer service was phenomenal very attentive to the customer. We did dine in to get the full experience. Food came out extremely fresh and flavorful. The catfish was huge(not nasty big lol) and very seasoned. We got wings on the side as well as the two catfish dinners and those wings were delicious too. Overall the place is like a hidden gem definitely worth visiting when in Atlantic City.

    We decided we wanted a seafood boil during our stay while in Atlantic City, found this spot on google with good reviews. Let me start by saying the food was absolutely delicious we loved it! We got the just shrimp boil, the shore special boil and an add on of their extra garlic butter sauce, all for $95. Not bad . The food I have no complaints about whatsoever except for the portion size. I also wish they have more sausage and broccoli. I do not like that they do not allow substitutions for their boils either I ended up getting two boils instead of one because I couldn’t substitute crawfish for something else. In all I do recommend this place for seafood boils they kinda look like they’re under renovations inside. They also do not serve alcohol and the wait for the boil is around 30 mins so I recommend calling before hand . Definitely a must visit it was absolutely flavorful. The servers were also very patient and nice while we contemplated on our order as well so thank you for the hospitality!
